    Shinier offers a startup acceleration platform, technology education, and management tools for software companies, including:

    • Shinier Accelerator - Startup acceleration
    • Shinier Academy - Development education
    • Shinier Methodology - Management for software houses

    3. Registration and Account

    To use our services, you must create an account by providing truthful and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Violate applicable laws or regulations
    • Infringe on intellectual property rights
    • Transmit malware or malicious code
    • Attempt to access unauthorized systems
    • Use the services for illegal purposes

    5. Intellectual Property

    All content, trademarks, logos, and materials from Shinier are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior authorization.

    6. Payments and Refunds

    Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with our refund policy.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Shinier will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months.

    8. Modifications

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or through the platform.

    9. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account for violating these terms. You can cancel your account at any time through the settings.

    10. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ribeirão Preto, SP.
