Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Certain health and personal care items.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in specific cases:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at contato@shinier.com.br and send your item to Rua Lions Club 239A, Vila Marina, São Carlos – SP, 13566-370 .


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will mail a gift certificate to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver for later delivery, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, send it to [physical address].

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • Depending on your location, the time required for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
